At Stepping Stones, children realize all the thrills of youth while building solid social and scholastic foundations. Our kids learn to respect each other and how to work with one another all while having a ton of fun. Here, they get to explore the wonders of learning.

As an early childhood development center science, technology, engineering, and math are incorporated into everything we do in our classrooms. Our synergistic, cultivating classrooms offer curriculums that work from infant care to school-age.
THE STEPPING STONES PHILOSOPHY
Children are unique and as such are entitled to a teacher who will respect them as an individual. Our staff must relate to the children with courtesy, respect, acceptance and patience.
Children are entitled to an environment that is safe, clean, and provides opportunities for success. We offer activities appropriate to the developmental needs, individual interest and ages of the children.
Children are entitled to teachers who show competency, good judgment and self control. Our teachers create a caring and nurturing atmosphere to enhance self–esteem and creativity.
Children are entitled to consistent and positive methods of discipline. Our teachers encourage self-discipline and independence by setting age appropriate limits and rewarding acceptable behavior.
OUR STAFF IS OUR KEY TO SUCCESS
We require our staff to be enthusiastic, respectful, fun, and encouraging towards all children. They must obtain a minimum of 15 clock hours of training annually, pass criminal check and be CPR and first aid certified. Our staff continually strives for improvement and many staff members work towards the goal of a Child Development Associate certificate.

Stepping Stone Early Child Development Centers, Inc., is dedicated to providing comprehensive family-centered quality care in an environment that is conducive to each child’s cognitive and physiological success by providing multi-sensory experiences for all age levels in a twenty-four hour environment.
STEPPING STONES PROVIDES CARE FOR CHILDREN

We offer full-time, part-time and drop-in care with extended hours, seven days a week. Our environment is safe and secure for your child to learn, play and explore!
